Coverage of the friendly Games

July and August saw David reunited with the Commonwealth Games and travel to the host city of Birmingham in the UK. In a joint venture operation Perspective Group co shared the production contract for the supply of services and the operation of a multi channel control room for the Asian Broadcasting Union (ABU). Comprising of seven channels in total, the ABU operation then feed many of the leading Commonwealth countries within the ABU's membership. In addition to this David took on the role of the operations night producer and oversaw the channel operation during this time.

The Commonwealth Games project capping off a return to work for the ABU in a long standing relationship that dates back many years.
